By creating an account or using EchoProb, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and EchoProb, LLC.
Outputs are guideline-anchored estimates. They have not been validated against clinical outcomes or an expert reference standard, and they are not diagnostic.
EchoProb is intended for use by qualified cardiac sonographers, cardiologists, and structural heart specialists. It supports the echocardiographic assessment of adult patients being evaluated for valvular and structural heart disease. It is not intended for pediatric patients, or for any use beyond echocardiographic severity grading and structural heart device screening.
Sonography students and clinical researchers may hold accounts for training, quality improvement review, and research under appropriate institutional oversight. That does not extend the intended clinical use stated above.

EchoProb offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access to all modules requires a paid subscription. The Mitral Regurgitation module remains accessible on expired trials.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on EchoProb or its outputs without written permission.
EchoProb references published clinical guidelines from the ASE, EACVI, ACC/AHA, ESC, and TVARC, as well as FDA-cleared device IFUs. We make reasonable efforts to keep thresholds current, but guideline interpretation involves clinical judgment. If you identify a discrepancy between EchoProb and a published guideline, please contact us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoProb and its creator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including any clinical decisions you make using EchoProb outputs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
Your use of EchoProb is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina (EchoProb, LLC's state of formation), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or your account, to anyone else without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms, and transfer the subscriptions and accounts they cover, to a successor in connection with a merger, an acquisition, a corporate reorganization, or a sale of all or substantially all of our assets. If that happens we will tell you by email or in-app notice before the transfer takes effect. The successor takes on our obligations under these Terms and under the Privacy Policy as they stand at the time of the transfer, and must give you notice under Section 14 before changing them. You may cancel or delete your account at any point, including after receiving that notice.
These Terms bind and benefit any permitted successor. Nothing in this section allows us to sell your account information on its own, separate from a transfer of the business.
